This variety has 95% whole flower buds. Harvested twice a year, they are picked before flowering, when they are mature but only just turning pink at the base. Then sun-dried on woven mats to turn reddish to dark brown. The taste is fruity but also sharp, hot, and bitter with numbing effect. Certified Organic. Net weight: 1 lb.
