This Egyptian variety is harvested when the seed changes color from green to beige or light brown. The plants are cut, left to wither for 2-3 days, then treshed and dried in partial shade. The aroma is sweet, woody and spicy with peppery and floral notes. The taste is sweet, mellow, and warm with a clear hint of orange peel. Certified Organic. Net weight: 1 lb.
